195 Eighth Commandment – Thou Shall Not Bear False Witness

Today we analyze the Eighth Commandment, “Thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.” After looking at the example of Susanna in the Old Testament and the false witnesses raised against Jesus Christ during his Passion, we look at some of the foundations for this Commandment and how we can apply them to our lives.
